You'll also play a key advisory and ownership role in the Onboarding and Deposits workstream of the Ascend Program—a strategic initiative focused on replacing core legacy platforms to digitize, automate, and simplify the onboarding and deposits journey for both team members and clients. Your leadership will be essential to ensuring the successful integration and implementation of new and existing systems, directly supporting Small Business Banking at CIBC. You'll oversee the full lifecycle of application development, maintenance, and modernization for Tier 1 systems, supporting business credit origination, adjudication, funding, and insurance operations.
