The AWS Specialists and Partner Organization (ASP) provides an outstanding experience to customers through depth of expertise from Specialist sellers, and expands the value of AWS through working with partners. We're seeking an experienced leader to drive AWS's partner strategy and execution across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. Reporting to the Global VP of Partner Core, this role is responsible for the programmatic support and acceleration of partners capability for APJ and has day-to-day responsibility for all partner programs, strategic collaboration agreements, special initiatives, and foundational co-sell and funding support. Key job responsibilities • Lead a cross-functional organization of over 45 team members across APJ • Oversee key partner programs including APN Programs, Partner Program Delivery, Migration & Modernization initiatives, Strategic Collaboration Agreements, Enablement, and special GTM initiatives • Drive strategic business outcomes across 8 established countries and 6 emerging markets in ASEAN • Responsible for accelerating AWS adoption through strategic partnerships and programs. • Manage and optimize partner programs while maintaining global consistency and regional effectiveness • Set and achieve functional goals for migrations, modernization, channel revenue, and Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) revenue • Lead executive engagement with partners through summits, EBCs, and strategic discussions • Drive AI adoption and innovation within
