Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or equivalent experience, 15+ Years of experience providing project/program management services, Experience in managing the full construction project life cycle, Knowledge and application of construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices, Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, Experience with project related scheduling systems such as MS Project or Primavera
Nice to Have
Experience in maximizing the benefits of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Experience in application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), Registration as a Professional Engineer or CCM

Build and maintain relationships with clients

Ensure contractual requirements are met
Provide regular updates on project status
Manage client expectations
Explore opportunities for repeat business
Lead Business development efforts
Write proposals for water and wastewater pursuits
Build high value relations with clients
Provide ongoing support to staff
Oversee coordination of all project activities
Ensure full compliance with company policies
Ensure team adheres to safety guidelines
Maintain clear and regular communication with clients
Ensure accurate documentation and timely distribution of project
and scheduling of project
Ensure project goals are achieved within approved budgets
Administer contracts for design and construction firms
Act as the owner's representative
Supervise and mentor Project Managers
Promote diversity in recruitment and retention practices
Encourage leadership opportunities for underrepresented groups
Assign and delegate tasks to project staff
Monitor workload distribution
Track all program and project level status
Provide management reports
Measure project performance
Manage the relationship with the client and all
