As Director of Analytics, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution that transform data into insights powering business growth, fan engagement, and operational excellence. You will build the unified analytics foundation that enables Hasbro's DTC-as-a-Service (DTCaaS) model, delivering shared infrastructure, standardized measurement, and actionable intelligence across Pulse, D&D Beyond, and future brand storefronts. This role blends strategic leadership with technical depth to ensure our data capabilities scale with the business and elevate fan experience, product performance, and operational efficiency. You will champion enterprise-wide data literacy, foster a culture of data-informed decision-making, and establish clear ROI frameworks to measure and communicate the impact of analytics investments. This role is a hybrid role based in Renton, WA with three days a week expected in office. What You'll Do Build the Analytics Foundation for DTCaaS Define the unified data architecture across our eCommerce platform and integrated systems. Establish cross-brand KPIs and measurement standards spanning sales, forecasting, fulfillment, customer behavior, and financial performance. Own the semantic layer, shared dashboards, and reporting assets used across all DTC brands.
