What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, Leadership experience in a SaaS or technology environment, Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business outcomes, Led teams responsible for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics, Deep experience in data analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement across key business functions (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance), Experience connecting the dots between datasets and uncovering meaningful insights, Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve how data is used across the organization, Understanding of data quality, governance, and scalability, Helped build or optimize analytics infrastructure and processes, Expertise in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar, SQL proficiency, Working with large, complex datasets, Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce, Integrating business data sources, Forecasting experience, Predictive modeling experience, Statistical analysis experience, Demonstrated success partnering with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and Product organizations, Ability to influence strategy through data storytelling and insight generation, Track record of building and scaling analytics functions, Experience establishing data governance and quality standards, High bar for accuracy and integrity in data, Build processes that ensure consistency and reliability, Address root causes and implement sustainable fixes, Thrive in a cross-functional environment, Leveraging relationships, data, and tools to solve complex problems, Naturally curious, Continuously seeking new ways to improve how the organization uses data to drive outcomes
