10-15+ years of experience in analyst relations at a technology company, Understanding of key enterprise technologies, Proven track record of positioning technology companies as leaders in major analyst research, Consistent success leading and executing analyst relations programs, Proficiency leveraging AI-enabled tools, Experience with assessing and implementing a strategy and program, Executive presence and interpersonal skills, Excellent written and verbal communications skills, Strategic thinking, project management and relationship management skills, mentoring and leadership skills, Relationship driven, Ambition, drive and commitment to great, Bias for action, Ability to cover west coast hours

Smartsheet is hiring a Director of Industry Analyst Relations to lead our global analyst relations program, nurture and strengthen analyst relationships, deliver exceptional support for research, and lead and inspire a team. AR is a strategic and highly visible function at Smartsheet, and we're looking for an experienced leader ready to build on our strong foundation and drive continued success. You must have a proven track record of leading an AR function, delivering leading positions in major research, and building relationships with analysts, executive teams, product strategy and marketing leaders. Smartsheet is a high growth and diverse business that requires us to engage with and influence analysts in existing and emerging markets - this requires a creative and innovative approach to AR.
