We’re currently looking for:** RingCentral is looking for a Director, AI & Process Automation to serve as our internal AI opportunity hunter — embedding across the business to identify where intelligent automation can eliminate friction, reduce cost, and accelerate outcomes, then driving those initiatives to completion. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits within Operations. This is not a strategy-deck role—it’s a builder’s role. The right person thrives as an influencer and orchestrator — earning trust with business leaders, translating operational pain into automation opportunity, and partnering with IT, vendors, and functional teams to deliver results. You are the bridge between what’s possible with AI and what gets done—technically credible enough to architect solutions, commercially sharp enough to prioritize the ones that move the needle, and influential enough to bring a large, distributed organization along with you. **To succeed in this role you must have experience in:** * Conducting ongoing discovery across functions (Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, Legal, etc.) to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities * Developing and maintaining a prioritized AI/automation opportunity pipeline with business cases tied to ROI, time savings, and risk reduction * Leading end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives — from scoping and vendor
