About the Role We are hiring a Director, AI Demand Planning & Commercial Integration to lead the translation of commercial pipeline signals into infrastructure-ready execution plans. This role sits at the critical intersection of Sales, Finance, Product Engineering, and Supply Chain — ensuring that customer contracts, AI workload configurations, and revenue forecasts are converted into accurate, actionable demand plans. You will own the global demand forecast across core infrastructure components and ensure alignment between commercial growth and infrastructure deployment capacity. This is a highly strategic and operational role that directly impacts capital allocation, GPU reservation strategy, and infrastructure scaling decisions. What you'll be doing Demand Forecast Ownership Own the global demand forecast across: GPU nodes Rack assemblies Networking fabric Power and cooling equipment Maintain a rolling 18–24 month demand forecast. Model demand volatility, ramp curves, and burst scenarios across customer segments. Commercial & Infrastructure Integration Translate commercial pipeline, customer contracts, and AI cluster configurations into BOM
