10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data, analytics, BI, and/or AI, Proven experience building or modernizing enterprise data capabilities in a growth-oriented organization, Data architecture, BI, analytics engineering, governance, KPI design tied to revenue, conversion, productivity, and service performance, AI/ML fundamentals, responsible use, monitoring, risk management, Ability to challenge weak assumptions, poor metrics, and low-value AI ideas, Bachelor's degree

Define and own the enterprise data and AI strategy
