What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in ADAS, 15+ overall years' experience in product management, 8+ years of experience managing a team, 7+ years of overall proven experience preferably within the automotive industry or related fields, Experienced to taking the high-level L2++ ADAS to production from scratch, Familiarity with Autonomous technologies, software development processes, and infrastructure management, Ownership, good at problem solving from user perspective and driving by great sensibility of user experience, Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that drive product success, Leading a consumer product planning and delivering, Proactive approach to product development, including hands-on driving, testing, and shaping the product experience and eagerness to embrace challenges and immerse oneself directly in product details, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, Proven ability to lead, coach, and foster the growth of team members, Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities in English
Nice to Have
Demonstrated expertise in automotive technologies or experience working on automotive-related projects, Proven track record of innovative thinking and problem-solving in product design and development, Experience leading multi-functional teams or projects that have resulted in successful product launches, A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences, Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software
What You'll Do.
Plan and maintain a detailed product roadmap
Coordinate the end-to-end product design process for various automotive-related products
Define metrics and measurements to assess product performance and shaping the experience in daily progress
Work closely with engineering
and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
Deliver the world class ADAS product with team
Develop and bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle out to the world
Participate in a focused effort to develop and productize ground-breaking solutions that will redefine the world of transportation and the growing field of self-driving cars
Work with hardworking and dedicated multi-functional engineering development teams across various subsystems to integrate their work into our autonomous driving platform
while achieving or exceeding all relevant NVIDIA and automotive standards & guidelines
How You'll Work.
