What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of progressive accounting experience, 4+ years of management experience, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, knowledge of US GAAP, knowledge of internal controls, knowledge of SOX compliance, Demonstrated experience operating within complex, multi-entity or distributed environments, Experience supporting internal and external audits in a SOX-regulated environment
Nice to Have
CPA, MBA, Experience with shared services, Experience with centralized accounting models, Experience with large-scale process standardization, Experience in healthcare, Experience in shared services, Experience in large enterprise environments

Partner closely with Practice Finance and Accounting teams; Partner closely with FP&A; Partner closely with Internal Audit; Partner closely with McKesson enterprise shared services finance teams; Partner with Finance Systems and Process & Controls teams; Serve as a key accounting partner to Practice Finance; Serve as a key accounting partner to Regional Finance leaders; Serve as a key accounting partner to Practice & USON leadership; Clearly define roles and responsibilities between accounting shared services, controllers, and other finance functions; Champion enterprise mindset and shared accountability across practices and finance teams
