Must Have
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite (or similar), Proven experience leading annual audits and working with external auditors, understanding of internal controls and compliance frameworks, Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance scalability and efficiency, Experience shortening close cycles and improving reporting accuracy, Ability to effectively collaborate with Billing, AR, Legal, FP&A, and business stakeholders, You operate with a high level of precision and accountability, You build processes that minimize errors, and when issues arise, you address them transparently and implement solutions to prevent recurrence, You bring a solutions-oriented mindset and leverage relationships, tools, and insights across the organization to drive results, You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

CPA strongly preferred, Familiarity with financial reporting and consolidation tools, Experience partnering with FP&A systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, etc. ) is a plus
