What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of experience in a customer facing role, Consistently exceeded targets and objectives, Demonstrable knowledge of Orgvue business domains, Demonstrable knowledge of FSI, Healthcare, Energy, FMCG, TMT or Retail business acumen, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to speak publicly to groups

Nice to Have

Experience gained within a consultancy, SaaS, or advisory environment

What You'll Do.

Manage a $1-4 Million book of business

Lead regional team of Account Managers

Set strategy for account engagement

Maintain view of renewal and upsell opportunities

Report out on metrics weekly

Retain accountability for regional performance

Research existing accounts for opportunities

Assess business opportunities for upsell

Assess services revenue

Collaborate with assigned account teams

Create and maintain account pull

Pull on relevant colleagues

Provide input to marketing campaigns

Manage customer account data

Follow up on marketing lead activity

Establish and grow relationships with influencers

Establish and grow relationships with decision-makers

Identify and facilitate coaching for customers

Identify and facilitate content for customers

Lead solution discovery

Understand client requirements

Understand client objectives

Understand client priorities

Present the Orgvue platform

Provide team presentations

Provide consultative presentations

Develop customer communities

Provide new introductions to clients

Provide follow-up for signed contracts

Maintain upsell pipeline
