What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years of progressive professional experience, minimum of 7 years in B2B sales and/or enterprise account management, demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value accounts, Proven success driving enterprise partnerships, including contract negotiation, commercial structuring, and sustained revenue growth with large or strategic customers, customer-centric mindset, exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted, long-term relationships, Excellent strategic execution and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in fast-moving environments, Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate risks, diagnose problems, and apply structured thinking to address business and project-level challenges, Passion for continuous improvement, track record of optimizing processes, policies, and ways of working to support scalable growth, cross-functional collaborator with global communication capability, fluent in Japanese, business-level English
