Must Have
12+ years of progressive professional experience, minimum of 7 years in B2B sales and/or enterprise account management, demonstrated ownership of complex, high‑value accounts, Proven success driving enterprise partnerships, including contract negotiation, commercial structuring, and sustained revenue growth with large or strategic customers, customer‑centric mindset, exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted, long‑term relationships, Excellent strategic execution and prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in fast‑moving environments, Highly analytical and solutions‑oriented, able to anticipate risks, diagnose problems, and apply structured thinking to address business and project‑level challenges, Passion for continuous improvement, track record of optimizing processes, policies, and ways of working to support scalable growth, cross‑functional collaborator with global communication capability, fluent in Japanese with business‑level English
