Align financial and operational metrics

Review capital project and expense proposals
Produce periodic financial statements
Collaborate with state and local officials
Obtain proper licenses
Coordinate project schedules
Negotiate terms and conditions
Develop budget for construction efforts
Allocate funds for construction efforts
Implement standards and practices
Implement policies and procedures
Uphold safety standards
