Directing and monitoring the sales of integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customers
Maximizing sales revenues and meeting corporate objectives
Directing and developing Managers/Supervisors in the field operation area
Providing leadership and direction for multiple functional areas
Managing professionals at manager
supervisor and professional levels
Ensuring appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives
shaping and integrating strategy for functional area(s)
Developing a consultative business-to-business sales culture through leadership and coaching
disciplining and terminating managers in the field sales areas
Evaluating effectiveness of managers and implementing necessary changes
Addressing personnel issues/performance issues in accordance with Company policy
Overseeing small-to-medium business sales deployment of new products and services that target the enterprise segment
Monitoring and preparing reports and forecasts weekly
quarterly and annual sales results and other activity and performance measures
planning and coordinating seminars
sale incentive plans and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives
Identifying and implementing improvements in business processes yielding
increased sales performance and/or operational efficiency
Establishing and cultivating effective business relationships
