Must Have

experience of 6 years a minima in operations or in maintenance or construction site team management, acquired in a service or industrial maintenance company, technical expertise, ability to achieve ambitious objectives, mastery of safety issues, mastery of customer relations, leadership, solid experience in multi-site team management in service or industrial environments, analytical and synthesis skills, ability to work, ability to approach and solve problems pragmatically and operationally, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills regardless of the interlocutor's level, excellent relationship with strategic clients and decision-makers, ability to leverage field feedback

What You'll Do.

Manage Service Supervisors and pilot Service activity

Ensure skills development of employees and resource optimization

Guarantee safety animation

support and evaluate team performance

Develop a culture of cooperation

responsibility and continuous improvement

Manage customer relations

contract profitability and customer complaint resolution

Guarantee customer satisfaction

loyalty and KONE brand image

Validate financial aspects of commercial offers and tender responses

Accompany and/or lead strategic negotiations with major clients

Manage the quality of Service execution

Responsible for safety rules application and animation

Pilot quality and productivity performance through associated indicators

Ensure operational excellence

Promote continuous improvement initiatives and sustainable resolution of non-quality causes

Manage Financial aspects

Responsible for the economic performance of the area

Pilot all financial indicators

Animate recovery actions and ensure good cash-flow management
