8+ years professional experience, 6+ years product management experience, Senior PM / Lead PM / Head of Product experience, Experience in startup, ESN or consulting firm, Ability to manage complex project delivery, Strong client relationship skills, Calm and clear handling of sensitive situations, Active listening skills, Ability to challenge and deliver demanding feedback, Willingness to learn, Willingness to challenge team, Willingness to ask for help, Willingness to be challenged
