Must Have
High School Diploma or G. E. D required, One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, Flexible schedule and availability to provide on-call coverage as needed, Provide CPR certification, Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
Associate Degree in a health related field preferred, Two years’ experience in a health related field preferred, CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification, a plus
What You'll Do.
Manage residential homes/facilities as assigned
Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support Employees
Work assigned time in the residential home/facility
Resolve employee issues
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure employees meet training requirements
Attend required events
Provide after-hours and on-call coverage
Monitor employees in interactions and relationships with people
Provide feedback to employees
Ensure people supported have a clean and maintained
Implement services and supports
Assist people we support achieve personal goals
Assist people we support achieve desired outcomes
Carry out responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional
Direct supervision of two or more employees
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies
