Must Have
High School Diploma, Valid Drivers License

Experience working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, an intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder
What You'll Do.
Support people in achieving personal dreams and goals
Provide coverage for various specialist roles
Assess person's hopes
Support developing relationships in community
Assist in participating fully in community
Serve as resource for person served
Ensure rights of person are protected
Assist in developing advocacy skills
Provide support to meet emotional
Educate people on procedures
Facilitate positive relationships with people
Provide input into assessment and planning
Implement person's plan and document
Complete daily progress notes
Assist in maintaining necessary records
Assist with day-to-day operation of home
Assist with knowledge of emergency procedures
monitor people in work settings
Maintain a safe working environment
Substitute in-house or in community
Drive and Travel as required
Arrange for or provide transportation
Cooperate with lead staff in developing schedule
