We are currently hiring for both our **Day Program** and our **Residential Homes** , offering flexibility based on your interests, experience, and schedule. **Locations:** Positions available in Stratham, Durham, Exeter. **What You’ll Do:** **Day Program Role (30 hours/week)** As a **Day Program Direct Support Associate** , you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as: * Vocational tasks * Volunteerism * Outings and integrative community experiences Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed. **Looking for a full 40-hour week?** Start in the Day Program and add up to **10 additional hours** in one of our residential homes. **Residential Role (Full-Time, Part-Time)** As a **Residential Direct Support Associate** , you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for adults with developmental disabilities and varying medical needs. Responsibilities include: * Supporting activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and medication administration * Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility * Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry * Accompanying individuals to appointments, activities, and community events * Following personalized care plans * Completing daily documentation on a computer or tablet * Participating in trainings such as conflict resolution and behavioral health safety **What We’re Looking For** We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to
