Join our Easterseals NH team in Belmont NH as a **Direct Support Associate** , where you’ll empower adults with developmental disabilities and diverse support needs to build independence, engage in their communities, and live fulfilling lives. **What You’ll Do:** As a **Day Program Direct Support Associate** , you’ll support individuals as they participate in engaging, community-based, and skill‑building activities such as: * Vocational tasks * Volunteerism * Outings and integrative community experiences Your responsibilities will range from providing general supervision to offering hand‑over‑hand assistance, always ensuring each person receives the individualized support they need to succeed. **Compensation:** We have several openings between **$19-$21/hr** **Hours:** full-time, benefit-eligible 30-35 hours/week, Monday - Friday **What We’re Looking For** We welcome both experienced Human Services professionals and individuals eager to start a meaningful new career path.
