What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, ability to pass a driving background check, Excellent communication and teamwork skills, Willingness to spend time traveling within local market, Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications

Nice to Have

in-home sales experience preferred, experience with a CRM is a plus

Present in-home presentations on solar products

Make genuine human connection with customers

Qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution

Develop self-generated sales strategies

Generate leads and appointments

Provide customer sales experience

Conduct in-home sales presentations

Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs

Build productive long lasting relationships

Handle pipeline of activity

Follow up with self generated leads

Follow up with in-home consultations

Accurately disposition and report on outcomes

Meet minimum required sales targets
