What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, ability to pass a driving background check
Nice to Have
in-home sales experience preferred, Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications, experience with a CRM is a plus
What You'll Do.
Present in-home presentations on solar products
Make genuine human connection with customers
Qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution
Develop self-generated sales strategies
Provide industry leading customer sales experience
Conduct in-home sales presentations
Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
Build productive long lasting relationships
Handle pipeline of activity
Follow up with self generated leads
Follow up with in-home consultations
Accurately disposition outcomes
Report on outcomes via CRM
