What You'll Do.
Profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales
Understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust
Drives sales and builds and retains their book of business within the market / retail location
Attracting and generating new customers and cross-selling existing customers
Selling products including but not limited to Auto
and Roadside Assistance
Selling to walk-in customers
Marketing products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits creating community relationships to promote continued growth
Assisting customers in the office
Successfully closes sales of insurance and ancillary products
Meets and exceeds sales goals through new product sales
cross sell / retention of customers
Leverages community contacts (natural market) to continually build a sales pipeline
Maintains an active physical presence in your own community to build multiple centers of influence/referral sources (car dealerships
community organizations
Initiate outbound calling to established target customer base for Product offerings
Monitors key competitors in the local market area and makes suggestions on initiatives that could improve the company’s position in the marketplace
Works with Direct Sales Leadership to plan
and manage marketing and sales processes to achieve production and growth goals
Delivers optimal results within appropriate metrics
customer satisfaction and financial performance
including compliance with all rules
and standards consistent with the manager’s supervision
and remains current on company underwriting guidelines
and memos related to changes in company policies and procedures
Receives customer payments
issues receipt and verifies reports of receipts for cash drawers
