Profitable growth and attainment of business goals by driving new business sales
Understanding customers’ needs to build rapport and trust
Driving sales and building/retaining book of business
Attracting and generating new customers
Cross-selling existing customers
Selling products including Auto
and Roadside Assistance
Selling to walk-in customers
Marketing products outside of the office via marketing calls and in-person visits
Creating community relationships to promote continued growth
Assisting customers in the office
Closing sales of insurance and ancillary products
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Leveraging community contacts to build a sales pipeline
Maintaining an active physical presence in the community to build referral sources
Initiating outbound calling to established target customer base
Monitoring key competitors
and managing marketing and sales processes
Delivering optimal results within appropriate metrics
and remaining current on company underwriting guidelines
Receiving customer payments
and verifying reports of receipts for cash drawers
