Success in this role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. Our team thrives on professionalism, accuracy, and persuasive sales strategies to help customers make informed decisions. **Job Responsibilities** * Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls, text, or other mediums. * Assess customer insurance needs and recommend suitable policy options across multiple carriers. * Understand and effectively communicate the value of various insurance products including auto, home, renters, commercial, and more. * Accurately process applications and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a structured, high-volume call center environment. * Meet and exceed sales goals through strong closing techniques and customer-focused solutions. * Collaborate with team members and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation in all aspects of the business. * Meet guidelines for attendance/punctuality and be receptive to flexible work hours as needed. * Lead and contribute to other projects and tasks as ass
