4+ years in purchasing, Develop and execute procurement strategies, Effective negotiation experience, Automotive Interior commodity purchasing, Analytical skills, Ability to work independently, Multi-tasking, Work in a fast-paced environment, Thorough knowledge of automotive, Manufacturing or related industries, Develop and nurture stakeholder relationships, Partner supplier relationships, Manage supplier performance, Program management experience, Communicate effectively across all levels, Proactivity, Initiative, Work across multiple workstreams, Ability to find creative solutions, Work as a team
Nice to Have
Prior experience in complete seating systems, Seat structures, Foams, Headrests, Plastics, Trim cover materials, Leather, Fabric, Vinyl

Lead sourcing process
Award contracts for Interior commodity purchasing
Meet material cost targets
Exceed material cost targets

Lead sourcing strategy presentation
Prepare contractual documents
Execute negotiated contractual documents
Prepare nomination agreements
Execute nomination agreements
Act as program manager
Ensure industrialization at suppliers
Achieve project timing requirements

Evaluate technical changes to parts
