Must Have
1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain coordination, or inventory management, Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP) is highly advantageous, Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
What You'll Do.
Execute purchase orders (POs)
Track material delivery timelines
Monitor inventory levels
Conduct initial supplier data analysis
Ensure 100% supply continuity
Convert purchase requisitions into POs
Track shipments for on-time delivery
Follow up with suppliers on delayed shipments
Escalate critical shortages
Maintain accurate master data in ERP
Resolve invoice price discrepancies
Handle supplier material returns
Compile monthly supplier scorecard data
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with Accounts Payable; Work with Quality Assurance; Coordinate with diverse internal departments; Manage relationships with regional service providers
Communication Scope
Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay; Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
