Track material delivery timelines
Monitor inventory levels
Conduct initial supplier data analysis

Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders
Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Follow up with suppliers regarding delayed shipments
Escalate critical shortages to senior management
Maintain accurate master data in the ERP system
Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice price
Work with Quality Assurance to handle supplier material
Compile monthly supplier scorecard data

The goal is to ensure 100% supply continuity for the manufacturing line.
