What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of NPI, Quality, and Supply Chain experience, Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area, demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance partners across the globe, demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools, thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, NetSuite/Oracle, Propel/Agile
What You'll Do.
Drive operational execution at Global Direct Fulfillment sites
Collaborate with new product introduction teams
Drive new product readiness at each DF site
Establish required processes
Collaborate with product engineering on EOC implementation
Support Process Engineers in implementing scalable processes
Drive efficient RMA return processes
Monitor and report product quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate quality alerts
Act as lead representative for Direct Fulfillment line stops
Review product test data with teams
