Must Have
Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's License, Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid (FA) certification

Develop and maintain respectful relationship, Assist/lift individuals with physical disabilities, Transcribe, read and comprehend English
What You'll Do.
Provide support to individuals
Assist in development of programs
Assist in implementation of programs
Coordinate with direct supervisor(s)
Ensure successful implementation of ISP's
Use appropriate methods
Assist and facilitate activities of daily living
Attend individuals' review meetings
Accompany individuals to various engagements
Transport individuals to work
Transport individuals to recreational activities
Maintain individuals' confidentiality
Preserve individuals' human rights
