champion and enforce quality standards across all phases of execution
and internal requirements
lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
serve as primary liaison to customer QA teams
embed customer-specific quality requirements into design

manage external ISO/IATF audits
ensure compliance and closure of non-conformances
