If your purpose and passions align with ours, you’ll find a place to grow, do meaningful work and build a career you love in a community that feels like home. **FTE: 1.0** , **Shift:** Day, **Schedule:** Business Hours **Position Summary** The Director of Nursing for Behavioral Health Network provides leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the clinical objectives: patient experience, clinical operational safety, and clinical operations in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. The Director provides in-depth development, analysis, and implementation of nursing and patient care services using evidence-based practices to drive development decisions all within and/or meeting approved budget, schedule, and quality standards and support clinical leadership/operational needs as vacancies arise. The Director coordinates with clinical leaders, senior level sponsors, stakeholders, and effectively works in partnership with community and system partners to successfully develop, grow, implement and maintain the nursing/clinical care standards. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. This position participates in on-call rotation and may need to be available for after-hour consults. **Requirements** * Master’s degree in nursing * Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred * Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS) * Certification as PMH-BC, LRM, LNC, etc. preferred * BLS - Basic Life Support (includes RQI) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire * Eight (8) years of experience and mastery of profession
