4 years related education/experience, Experience devising reference systems, Experience creating working build models, Ability to move 35 pounds, Ability to ascend ladders, Ability to work in warehouse, Ability to work on shop floor, Ability to work within MS applications, Current active U.S. Government Clearance, Ability to obtain SAP clearance, 6 years related education/experience

Nice to Have

Master level knowledge metrology systems, 6+ years Tool and Die experience, Experience in reverse engineering, Experience model building from data, Knowledge of Integrated Systems Air Frames, Knowledge of Aero Structures, Experience with computer aided graphic interfaces

Fabricate jigs and fixtures

Assemble jigs and fixtures

Plan work to be performed

Determine methods and sequence

Operate optical instruments

Check alignment of assemblies

Check fit of assemblies

Check adjustment of assemblies

Develop holding devices

Design fixture details

Prepare operational sequences

Prepare shop drawings
