Experience operating simulation, real-time control, or complex technical facilities, Practical mechanical and electrical skills, including basic repairs and troubleshooting, data acquisition and telemetry knowledge, Methodical approach to session planning, configuration, and data management, High standards of documentation across maintenance, system configs, and technical issues, Solution-focused, proactive about resolving problems and knowing when to ask for help, communicator, comfortable with drivers, engineers, and commercial stakeholders alike
Nice to Have
Familiarity with motion platforms and simulation software, rFpro, Beckhoff TwinCAT, or similar is a bonus
