What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in a Level 2 deskside / onsite support role within a corporate environment, Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, Experience with end-user hardware break/fix and peripherals, Working knowledge of meeting-room AV and video conferencing setups, Basic networking knowledge, Comfortable working within an ITSM tool, Experience with asset and stock management, Excellent customer service skills, security awareness and understanding of good practices for endpoint security, Able to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows enabling troubleshooting for device configuration, drivers, user profiles and common end-user familiarity with Intune/Endpoint Manager, Entra ID (Azure AD) and basic Group Policy concepts is desirable

build and deploy laptops
Support office printers
Provide support for meeting-room technology
Carry out basic network troubleshooting
categorise and progress tickets
Maintain support documentation
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working closely with the wider IT Operations team; Proactively collaborate with IT Operations; Coordinate user setup; Coordinate repairs and improvements with vendors; Under the direction of the Networking subject matter expert; Escalate to L3 teams or third parties; Able to work independently and collaboratively; Collaborate across teams
Communication Scope
Communicate clearly in person and in writing; Translate technical issues into user-friendly language
