What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, or a related field, Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on helpdesk/service desk operations including hardware/software, MS Teams, and AV systems, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Nice to Have
In-depth knowledge & Hands on experience on MS 365, MS Windows and MacOS systems, ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
What You'll Do.
On-site IT Operations
delivering and supporting digital workplace solutions
expert troubleshooting and support for digital workplace technologies
managing daily IT support
infrastructure projects
operational tasks such as PC shipping
and inventory management
handling purchase orders
and vendor coordination
validating assets for audits
maintaining accurate IT asset records
developing process documentation
delivering training sessions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with regional IT and business stakeholders to assess user needs, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of new digital workplace initiatives throughout Europe.
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
