Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a highly motivated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist fluent in Norwegian and English to join our team. In this role, you will be key to maintaining a secure and trustworthy digital environment by monitoring user activities, investigating safety issues, and enforcing community standards across our platforms. ### Key Responsibilities * Monitor and review user-generated content and interactions to identify violations of safety policies. * Conduct thorough investigations into safety incidents and escalations, providing detailed analysis and recommendations. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop, update, and enforce digital trust and safety policies. * Prepare comprehensive reports on safety trends and incidents to inform decision-making. * Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in digital trust and safety. * Engage with users to promote safe online behavior and respond to inquiries related to safety concerns. **Requirements** * Fluency in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is essential. * Previous experience in digital safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills to manage user interactions professionally and effectively. * Proactive mindset with a keen interest in online safety and security challenges. * Knowledge of online safety tools and digital content management platforms is an advantage. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Monthly Performance Bonus * Fully Paid Relocation Package * Fully Paid Training * Private Gym * 1500 euro signing bonus * And Much More....
