What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an OCM practitioner, Experience in supporting change initiatives or projects, Ability to apply OCM frameworks end-to-end, Ability to scope and plan OCM activities, identify gaps, risks and issues along with appropriate interventions to ensure objectives will be met, Stakeholder management, facilitation and relationship skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and develop effective relationships with diverse staff at multiple levels, Excellent communication skills both written and verbal: ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels, IELTS (General) with a score of at least 6.5 (or equivalent)
What You'll Do.
Lead and deliver change management for IT/digital initiatives
Develop change management strategies
Deliver communication and stakeholder engagement plans
Ensure successful implementation of IT-related initiatives
Assess stakeholder impacts
Formulate approaches for facilitating changes
Complete required change activities and artefacts
Lead or support delivery of OCM solutions
Facilitate workshops and deliver briefing sessions
Support risks and issues management
Advise and coach business leaders
Advise and coach stakeholders
managers and executives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders; Develop effective relationships with diverse staff at multiple levels; Work with Project Managers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels
