Must Have

10+ years of experience, 5+ years’ experience of IT Project Management, Experience leading projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, network deployments, and enterprise software rollouts, understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, Project Management certifications (essential), Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strategic mindset, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, Adept at balancing competing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

Level 9 Masters in relevant field would be advantageous (or equivalent masters), ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management processes

Develop and maintain detailed project plans

Manage risks and challenges associated with large-scale IT projects

Oversee technical design reviews

Facilitate seamless integration and compatibility between software and hardware systems
