University degree and 10 years prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree and 7 years experience OR 14+ years relevant experience, 5+ years project management oversight of DT software development or infrastructure initiatives, 3+ years managing large scale projects involving complex enterprise systems, 3+ years interface and collaborate with concurrent Enterprise projects, 3+ years building and managing schedules in MS Project, U. S. citizenship is required

Experience in government or large corporate/industrial environment, Expert in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, Experience developing & managing financial business cases & cost/benefit analyses, Experience integrating multiple project methodologies including waterfall & Agile, Project Management certification (PMP, etc.), SAFe or similar agile certifications

Enterprise Services (ES) is looking for a **Digital Technologies (DT) Project Manager (PM)** to join our ES Applications Value Management Office (VMO). We transitioned to a VMO to highlight our enhanced focus on multi-mode value delivery, including traditional project management, Agile product delivery, and operational/project financial analysis services. This role is a traditional PM but expected to lean into Agile delivery increasingly in the future. This role will focus on large and complex projects in our portfolio. Our VMO is part of an enterprise shared services organization and is responsible for leading significant business technology projects that reach across the company. Our projects primarily on application development, enhancements, and modernization. Many are SaaS software implementations & customizations.
