Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Tech Program Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location. Duties: Lead requirement gathering and business value assessments with stakeholders; document functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze, design, and implement technology solutions. Provide product ownership; define system enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure technical delivery meets compliance objectives. Direct and coordinate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, dependency tracking, risk identification, change management. Coordinate testing life cycle including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; coordinate bug resolution with development and Quality Assurance teams. Work with engineering teams to develop technical solutions for AML using Oracle, Data Warehouse, implement AML dashboards and ad-hoc reports using Excel or BI solutions like Business Objects or MicroStrategy. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
