Nice to Have

Experience with Jira, Experience with GitLab, Experience with ServiceNow, Experience with Remedy, Experience with Confluence, Experience with Nagios, Experience with Prometheus, Experience with Splunk, Experience with Grafana

Support user onboarding

Provide first-line helpdesk support

Escalate issues to teams

Review user documentation

Document recurring issues

Maintain knowledge entries
