Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead audits of websites and digital experiences to identify structural, strategic, and performance improvement opportunities Translate brand strategy into effective website architecture, messaging flow, and conversion-focused user journeys Oversee digital activation campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with growth and pipeline objectives Own SEO strategy (technical, on-page, and structural), including keyword research aligned with ICPs and buyer journeys Develop and lead AEO initiatives to optimize content for AI-driven and answer-based search ecosystems Analyze performance data and user behavior to identify friction points, drop-offs, and optimization opportunities Design and execute CRO strategies, including hypothesis development, testing, and post-launch optimization Ensure alignment between brand positioning, content structure, and full-funnel performance Support pre-sales efforts by delivering strategic digital recommendations and performance insights Lead client workshops, presentations, and executive discussions with clarity and strategic confidence Requirements: 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, growth strategy, or integrated marketing strategy, preferably in agency environments Strong understanding of B2B marketing ecosystems, especially within SaaS or technology sectors Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive) for pipeline tracking and revenue attribution Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to build funnels and derive insights Hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar) and experimentation methodologies Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Surfer, Google Search Console) and modern AEO practices Ability to connect brand strategy, content systems, and performance marketing into cohesive digital frameworks Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting to seni
