What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, 2+ years’ experience in procedural / OR healthcare software required, 2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations, Background in training of clinical and OR staff required, Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment required, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required, Expertise and experience in delivering consulting services to the value to the customer required, Ability to deliver consistent and effective communication, Ability to discover and understand customer needs, engage, and inspire customers to adopt new and effective solutions, Highly organized and able to manage time in a fast-paced environment, communication skills, both written and verbal in Dutch, German and English, Travel >75%
Nice to Have
Engineering, life science or medical background preferred, Prior knowledge with EMR/PACS solutions is an advantage
What You'll Do.
execution of current and future digital strategies
grow the digital solution adoption by our customers
performing workflow analysis and optimization
customer training and application support
training and supporting the sales and marketing efforts
customer presentations
product demos remotely
onsite and tradeshows
lead customer meetings
train the Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+ services
support the customer readiness
drive further expansion of our digital offering
build and maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions
Perform Intuitive Hub in-services
Educate and prepare customers for My Intuitive+
Monitor and drive the digital products utilization by customers and clinical users
Drive continuous expansion of the user base
Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed
identify and document issues
Lead clinical teams through training sessions
and mentor new and existing team members
Participate in the training and launch of new products and/or procedures
Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects
Support complex customer events
Be a resource to the clinical and administrative team
Provides feedback based on client experiences
Prospect for digital solution expansions and upgrades existing base
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
training and supporting the sales and marketing efforts; Build excellent relationship with internal colleagues, such as dV sales and clincal teams, digital support, marketing and field service; Support complex customer events involving multi-departmental collaboration; Provides feedback based on client experiences to support and product develop team

Participate in departmental and cross-functional projects to develop or improve Intuitive processes, deliverables, and other material
