What They're Looking For.
Must Have
minimum of 7 years of experience as a project manager delivering digital solutions, Experience developing and managing timelines and budgets across multiple business units, Effective problem-solving skills, Ability to balance multiple projects and coordinate with clients and business partners, Ability to prioritize, lead and keep large internal/external meetings on track, Ability to simplify and present technical, sophisticated concepts to non-technical business partners, Shown expertise at implementing and managing processes to drive team efficiency and quality of execution
Nice to Have
Familiarity with online Content Management Systems (CMS) software/platforms, Experience/curiosity about the employer benefits industry, including retirement plans, health plans and work/life programs
What You'll Do.
Implement and maintain customized websites
Drive digital solutions from concept to reality
Contribute at all stages of a project's lifecycle
Develop and maintain project plans
Lead team and client meetings
Define detailed requirements
Craft the site’s design and user experience
Review website functionality (QA)
Coordinate internal and client testing
Manage technology requirements
Partner with team on executing custom client projects
Partner on new product development
Manage team's overall capacity
Manage project roadmap
Engage in strategy conversations
Learn about compensation and benefit programs
Help build/maintain standard methodologies
