What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or data platform management, Proficiency in SQL, database design, data modelling, and data management ecosystems, Hands-on experience with MS Power BI, Power Query, DAX, etc., Practical ETL experience, including manual data processing using SQL and Python, Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
Experience with engineered ETL pipelines or cloud-based ETL services (e.g., Azure Data Factory), Experience in product BOM and PLM/ERP systems (SAP or Oracle), Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps, Familiarity with material compliance (e.g., RoHS, REACH, SCIP, TSCA, Prop 65, Conflict Minerals, PFAS)
What You'll Do.
Manage compliance database
Collect and validate material compliance data
Develop scripts to automate data ingestion
Own materials compliance data across BOMs
Prepare regulatory dossiers
Build dashboards and reports
Integrate compliance checks into change control
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams; Partner with vendors and platforms; Support internal/external audits; Provide training to engineering and sourcing teams
Communication Scope
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Process & Methodology
Track closure to targets, Manage regulatory dossiers
