Continental's tire division employs more than 56,000 people worldwide and has 19 production and 16 development sites. * Supports all controls and drives maintenance activities 24/7 in order to fulfill committed production plans and ensure adherence to C&D standard processes in his area. * Ensures the implementation and maintenance of Generic Technical Equipment Standards for all installations and upgrades of equipment (m/c) including Manufacturing IT Systems in the area. * Maintains continuous backups for all equipment, control remote access and supports change management. * Interact with suppliers to implement required electrical equipment upgrades. * Transfers knowledge and conducts training to all C&D personnel (Engineers/Electricians) in the plant based on C&D skill matrix in his area. ## Qualifications * Bachelor of electrical engineering or equivalent * 3-5 years C&D engineering experience in production industry * Experience in machine improvement, refurbishment, upgrade or installation * International team experience * Fluent English skills / written & spoken * Technical Know-How, logical & methodical analysis of technical problems * Project Management * Automation knowledge: Drives, PLC, IPC's, etc. * IT knowledge + IPC Management + Database (SQL) + Network * Programming skills (Step7 / TIA / TwinCAT) * Busin
